Consultants have the opportunity to develop their own practice areas or specialise in a particular jurisdiction when working at Jameson Legal. The culture of the company is collegiate and consultants collaborate to achieve the best results possible for both clients and candidates.

The work undertaken for clients is both on a retained and a contingent basis. Consultants have access to an exceptional global platform with extensive client reach from which to build their own desk. Jameson Legal has a unique commission structure, in addition to competitive salary packages, which allows consultants to earn up to 50% commission on placements.

The team is amicable and friendly with consultants regularly socialising. The team also enjoys lunches together, days out of the office and trips abroad. Jameson Legal is not a KPI driven environment and chooses instead to focus on professionalism, quality, industry knowledge and experience.

We work hard to achieve results together, progressing careers and pushing the company further as well as broadening our international influence.
