Kabir Kohli is a legal recruitment specialist with over a decade of experience placing legal professionals into law firms. 

Kabir began his career as a lawyer after studying law at university, giving him first-hand insight into the legal profession. He transitioned into legal recruitment over 10 years ago and has since worked across multiple international markets — starting in London covering the UK, then Amsterdam focusing on the BeNeLux region, and for the past three years, he has been based in Dubai recruiting across the MENA and wider GCC region.

Kabir has extensive experience placing legal talent at all levels, from paralegal through to partner, and has worked with many of the world’s top law firms. Known for his deep market knowledge and consultative approach, he builds long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting and successful placements.
