Head of Client Services, Legal Tech
Anthony acts as the liaison between clients wishing to adopt legal technology and the solution providers Jameson Legal Tech work with. This process covers interaction with end users and IT departments, pricing proposals, project delivery and customer success.
Anthony has most recently been working in a similar role for a legal technology solution. In that role he assisted a global client base of law firms and in-house teams to ensure high levels of product satisfaction and seamless support.
Anthony has previous product/project management experience at Dealogic – a software company delivering solutions to Investment Banks globally. He has also worked as a business analyst and portfolio trader at global agency brokerage Instinet.
