Our client, a global law firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is looking to hire a midlevel associate in its white-collar crime and government investigations team in Dallas.
The team is very well regarded in the sector, advising both individuals and corporates on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, federal grand jury matters and regulatory proceedings including enforcement actions. The team regularly represents individuals and corporations in matters involving the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, the Department of Defense and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The team has also represented physicians, hospitals, pharmacists, compounding pharmacies, dentists and marketers in investigations and prosecutions.
Attorneys in the team often have a very broad practice, and there is an opportunity to get involved on all types of transactions within other areas of disputes, including financial services lawsuits, class actions and business torts.

Candidates must be qualified in Texas. Candidates must have strong experience in white collar crime and investigations. Although candidates can have a background in government roles, candidates coming from law firms are preferred.
