This is an opportunity for an experienced associate to join a Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice in San Francisco – a team with decades of experience guiding life sciences and technology companies in their growth and financing strategies.
You will be part of a close-knit team who routinely help clients in public offerings, angel and venture capital financings, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance.
The exposure of work is phenomenal – representing technology-based companies principally in the life sciences, software, mobile applications, and clean energy fields.
Annual salary: $295,000 – $415,000.
