This esteemed and impressive global law firm is seeking a New York qualified corporate/capital markets associate for its Hong Kong office. Candidates should have at least two years of high-quality capital markets experience and ideally some M&A or PE experience from a well-regarded international firm and should either be currently based in Hong Kong or have a strong desire to practice in the jurisdiction long-term.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a full New York salary plus COLA and would benefit from working closely with name partner on interesting, cutting-edge capital markets and corporate matters derived from a prestigious client base.
Ideally, candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively with clients in Mandarin but those with no Chinese language capability will also be considered.
