Candidates should be US qualified and will have at least two years of US corporate and capital markets experience from a well-known and respected firm. Excellent academics (including either an LLM or a JD from a highly rated US law school) are essential, and applicants should have superb communication skills – able to communicate effectively in both oral and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
