This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with 2-5 years’ tax experience with federal income tax matters with exposure to corporate and partnership taxation, conducting associated research and drafting memoranda and other forms of written advice.
If you are looking to develop and/or broaden your tax practice, this opportunity will allow you to work on matters including fund formation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, debt instruments, real estate, REITs, and international transactions.
