Our client acts for some of the largest commodity and natural resources companies in the world. They represent their clients in trading disputes (both litigation and arbitration) and advisory work in relation to a wide range of international trading issues including anti-bribery, corruption, anti-money laundering and compliance and sanctions.
The team also leads internal corporate investigations, and is recommended by the legal directories for commercial litigation, arbitration, public international law, and commodities litigation..
The London team is now looking for an ambitious Senior Associate who is attracted to the broad nature of the practice.
In order to be considered for this role you will have
- Ideally a minimum of 6+ years’ post-qualification
- Strong academics, and a genuine interest and aptitude for complex commercial litigation
- Excellent legal ability, initiative, and attention to detail
- Strong technical skills, and confidence in managing and prioritising a full and varied caseload
Fluency in at least one European language would be advantageous.
