We are looking to speak with an experienced trade secrets/ non-compete litigator to join our client’s practice in their Woodland Hills office.
Our client’s nationwide firm help implement and roll out robust frameworks to anticipate, prevent, detect, and defend against employee theft and carelessness.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of significant experience in providing advice and handling litigation relating to covenants not to compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure provisions, employee raiding, trade secrets, the duty of loyalty, deceptive trade practices under state and federal law, the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act (CFAA), and state computer protection statutes.
You will also draft restrictive covenants for numerous different types of agreements and counsel clients on protecting their confidential information and customer relationships, as well as recruiting talent.

Annual salary range: $175,000 – $250,000
