Our client, an established, highly regarded international firm seeks a lawyer with at least four years of post-qualification experience in handling technology transactions and data privacy matters for its exceptional Hong Kong TMT practice.
Working under a leading partner in the jurisdiction, the role offers experience in a variety of TMT matters from data privacy and cybersecurity to fintech and all types of technology contracts – truly cutting-edge deals in the region.
Candidates will ideally have good knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations across the Asia region, and experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
Unusually for the jurisdiction, neither local qualification nor Chinese languages are a prerequisite for the role.
