Our client is now seeking a transactional lawyer ideally with a minimum of 7 years’ legal experience working for a leading international law firm and/or an in-house legal team, focusing on negotiating and drafting technology agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on data use and ownership, conducting risk analysis, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing a high-volume workload efficiently.
