We are working with an innovative legal consultancy who provide legal advice to a diverse range of SME clients.
They are keen to engage with Tax Lawyers with upwards of 7 years’ PQE on a flexible consultancy basis, who can commit to a minimum of 3 days a week.
This is a non-exclusive opportunity and a client following is not required, which is well suited to individuals who are looking to line up an additional stream of consultancy work.
This is a fantastic opportunity in a position of influence where you will be working closely with SMEs to provide Tax advice on a range of Tax matters including fund formations and operations, acquisitions, corporate matters through to personal tax structuring and succession/exit planning for founders and investors. Previous experience in working with SMEs would be of notable interest.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
- Upwards of 7 years’ PQE
- A genuine interest in providing legal advice to SME clients.
