We are working with a highly regarded US Law Firm who are looking to engage an experienced Tax Lawyer on an ad hoc consultancy basis for their London office.
The successful consultant will work closely with a London Corporate Partner in advising on the tax elements of corporate and finance deals.
Successful candidates are likely to have gained their experience within leading law firms or the Big-4.
This is a non-exclusive arrangement so can sit alongside any other consultancy arrangements. A client following is not required.
