This is an opportunity for a mid-level associate to advance their growth and expand in tax-related matters, having exposure to federal and state tax disputes at the administrative level and in litigation, and in criminal tax controversies and complex civil litigation related to tax strategies.
This team are go-to advisors for Federal Criminal Tax Litigation, Crisis Management, Financial Products Civil Litigation, and Civil Tax Controversy and Litigation.
Through thoughtful and experienced advocacy in federal, state and local tax disputes nationwide, our client represents clients at all stages of the administrative process, from audit through administrative appeal and post–appeals mediation, and at every judicial level, from federal and state trial courts to the United States Supreme Court.
