Our client’s Tax practice are looking for a tax attorney with ideally a minimum of 1 year law firm transactional tax experience, including cross-border, corporate and partnership tax issues. The group focuses on M&A and joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions, and emerging company and private equity, venture capital and hedge fund representation.
This candidate can sit in either in their Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and must be eligible to practice law as a member of the California bar.
