This is an opportunity to advise many leading commercial banks, investment banks and other companies with respect to leveraged finance and capital markets transactions and a broad range of other tax matters. Our client regularly represents issuers and underwriters in connection with the tax aspects of capital market transactions, including bank financings, securities offerings, exchange offers, tender offers, and consent solicitations.
We are looking to speak with New York admitted tax associates with 2-4 years of law firm relevant tax experience to join our client’s leading, dynamic, and rewarding practice.
