Our client’s New York office is looking for a mid-level associate with 3-5 years’ experience in U.S. and international taxation law, including experience advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
As an associate focusing on the tax aspects of transactions, you will be expected to take on significant responsibility from an early stage—preparing tax analyses, drafting memos and opinions, reviewing, and marking up contracts, and negotiating with other side counsel. You will be working alongside experienced partners within the Tax Group, and with colleagues across the firm’s international offices and practices—from M&A and Banking to Capital Markets and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency.
