You will receive first-class mentorship and gain a breadth of experience, from structuring US and cross-border M&A transactions involving both private and public companies, to assisting with restructuring of equity and compensation plans in connection with these deals.
If you are a Massachusetts licensed transactional tax attorney with two (2) + years’ experience with mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity) and executive compensation joint ventures and restructurings, we would be interested to discuss this opportunity with you.
