Do you have two (2) + years’ appellate litigation experience whether in practice or appellate clerkship?
This is an awesome opportunity to work with some exceptional lawyers to gain top-notch experience, exposure, and mentorship. Whether drafting and arguing critical motions, or presenting arguments before the Supreme Court, our client is equipped to handle the highest stakes appeals in forums across the country.
You will provide clients with the agile counsel necessary to tackle substantial, multi-layered challenges across a wide array of constitutional, statutory, and regulatory issues affecting antitrust, intellectual property, bankruptcy, employment matters, tax disputes and more.
You will be surrounded by knowledge – members of this team have presented arguments before the Supreme Court more than a dozen times, including in each of the Court’s last five Terms. Our client has argued on behalf of their clients in all 13 federal courts of appeals, as well as state appellate courts throughout the country.
Annual salary: $225,000 – $295,000
