Our client, a global-leading firm, is looking to add a 1-3 PQE Structured Finance solicitor to the very busy Amsterdam practice.
The team regularly advises clients on financings across multiple jurisdictions and the entire credit spectrum. The lead Partner’s unique experience in both Banking and Structured Finance results in his often leading projects which have both features. The multi-disciplinary skill set provides a deep market knowledge across both sectors.
The small team will allow candidates to have a good amount of responsibility and autonomy from an early stage.
Candidates will be qualified in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
Salary for this role will be competitive and bonuses are uncapped.
