You will be an integral part of the firm’s well-regarded Structured Finance team, working on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including structured finance, securitisation, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), across multiple asset classes. Requirements:
- 6+ years of PQE in structured finance within a reputable law firm.
- Proven expertise in securitization, structured finance, and CLO work.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
