Our client is an international law firm, renowned within the London market for their Structured Finance department. The department and several individuals within the team are recognised across the Legal 500 and the Chambers.
Over the past three years, the department has grown dramatically in both team size and revenue. The head of the department is committed to continuing upon this growth curve as they seek a Managing Associate to join the Structured Finance team in the London office.
The department handles work for various FTSE100 clients and the equivalent in global markets, with this, the successful candidate can expect to work across the breadth of structured finance transactions advising an array of market participants, notwithstanding financial institutions, alternative lenders, fintechs, and challenger banks.
Though experience within Structured Finance is desirable, it is not necessary. The key experience required is experience drafting LMA documents and having strong experience handling negotiations independently.
