You will be an integral part of the firm’s well-regarded Structured Finance team, working on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including structured finance, securitisation, and collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), across multiple asset classes. Requirements:
- 2-4 years of PQE in structured finance within a reputable law firm.
- Proven expertise in securitisation, structured finance, and CLO work.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
