The department has been on a considerable growth curve over the past eighteen months, and the practice is now seeking a Structured Finance Associate or Senior Associate with 3-7 Years’ PQE to join their London office.
The team’s client portfolio includes financial institutions, trustees, global funds, and private equity firms, and advises them on securitisation asset classes, portfolio sales, warehouse financing, heir securitisation refinancing, and other structured finance. The team also handles other transactional work including Islamic finance, derivatives, and debt capital markets.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to advise on elite Structured Finance and Securitisation matters with a long-term route for development.
