This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to join an in-house function, where you will be working closely with senior members of the regional legal team who are based in the Dubai office. Key responsibilities will focus on managing diverse commercial contracts, overseeing day-to-day KSA business operations, addressing risk and corporate issues, providing legal support for business development, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with the group legal team to ensure legal compliance and guidance across commercial contracts, transactions, litigation matters, and employee relations.
Candidates should ideally have at least 4/5 years’ experience working for leading international law firms and/or from in-house teams, as well as be legally qualified in Saudi Arabia. Full bilingual capability in Arabic and English is essential.
