Shipping/ Yachting Litigation Lawyer, Monaco

Our client, a leading firm in the field, is looking for an England & Wales qualified NQ to join the Monaco office, to focus on Shipping and Yachting Litigation matters.

The role sits within the Shipping and Yachting Disputes team, but the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved with Commodities Litigation.

Due to post Brexit visa requirements, this will suit someone who has either a) a European passport or b) ideally, a dual UK/European nationality/passport. Ideally, the new candidate will be able to start in September 2024.

The team is looking for a candidate who has ideally completed their training contract and has been kept on (but has a desire to spend some time abroad); or someone who is due to qualify this September and has one or more offers on the table, but is keen to spend some time abroad.

Pay will be commensurate with experience; however, the firm expects market pay to come out at approximately EUR 110,000.
