Our client, an international law firm, are looking for a shipping lawyer to join their market-leading shipping practice based in London.
This role will involve a broad range of shipping matters, including recovery actions for unpaid shipping and bunker claims, arbitration and High Court disputes, vessel arrests, bill of lading disputes, public inquests following a fatality, jurisdictional issues and indemnity and contribution proceeding, advising on ship sale and purchase, terminal and port operations and European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIGs), and many more.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates with 1-4 years of PQE from a recognised shipping practice in the UK or overseas. The role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
