Ideal candidates should possess a wealth of experience as commercial contract and corporate lawyers, adept at handling diverse aspects of commercial transactions. Their responsibilities will encompass creating transactional and other essential legal documentation while delivering prompt, comprehensive, and top-tier legal support to the business. Key tasks include negotiating, drafting, and providing expert legal guidance for various contracts, including Sale and Supply Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Letters of Interest, and Confidentiality Agreements. Furthermore, candidates will be entrusted with furnishing legal support in supply chain matters and beyond. Candidates should ideally have 8+ years of legal experience.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Remuneration: c 50- 55,000 SAR per month + benefits + bonus
A background of working in Saudi Arabia/the wider Gulf region is not essential but would be highly regarded.
