A leading International law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a highly experienced Trademark Paralegal to join their London team on a permanent basis.
The role will involve providing support to fee earners, and this Senior role will have direct client exposure, liaising with third party agents and correspondent law firms. Specifically, the role will entail assisting the team with managing and maintaining Trade Mark prosecution and dispute files, general portfolio maintenance, research, drafting bundles, due diligence, and many other general paralegal and administrative tasks.
This is very much a Senior role, and our client requires a candidate who is able to mentor and ‘manage’ more junior colleagues in the team. As such, our client is looking for a candidate with extensive experience of working with Trade Marks in an IP environment, and a full working knowledge of Trade Mark management databases.
The successful applicant will have a good law degree and will have completed the LPC or BPTC. They must have exemplary IT skills, strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision in a calm, efficient and timely manner.
