Our client, a distinguished and diversified entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a proficient Senior Counsel to advise on tax & benefits. The ideal candidate will possess a substantial track record as a tax attorney, having honed their skills within the intricacies of tax regulations and benefits practices. This role involves offering strategic legal advice and comprehensive support to internal stakeholders, including analysing, preparing opinions, creating tax-efficient structures for significant projects, and advising the management team on intricate tax and legal issues. Candidates should ideally hold a JD or equivalent and an LL.M. in Taxation would be a plus. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of six years’ experience gained preferably from distinguished US law firms, Big 4 accounting firms, or multinational corporations’ in-house tax departments.
Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package
