Our client is an award-winning law firm, with expertise in the BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey law.
The Senior Solutions Analyst role is a newly created position within the knowledge team, with a remit of helping to grow adoption of their current legal technology tools to help the fee earners and the Business Services teams to deliver more to their clients.
This varied role includes document automation, working with stakeholders and other Business Services teams to develop new solutions, managing and maintaining the firm’s central precedent library, knowledge databases, house styles and group templates.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
You will also need to be:
- Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Familiar with Contract Express (or similar), HighQ (or similar) would be a bonus
- A good communicator
- Adaptable and friendly
