Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of pension law, including regulatory compliance, scheme documentation, member issues, funding arrangements, and corporate transactions.
- Conducting complex research and analysis to support clients in navigating pension legislation and regulations.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to pension schemes.
- Managing and mentoring junior lawyers, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience specifically in pensions law.
- Strong academic background, including a minimum of a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of UK pension law and regulations, with a proven track record of handling complex pension matters.
