Our client is an entity dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people, and a company committed to sustainable practices and innovation. Their business units continue to expand, and now they are seeking to hire a Lawyer capable of providing support across a range of legal matters.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, applicants should ideally have at least 5-10 years’ PQE, and be well-versed in commercial and corporate matters, although the role may involve a broad range of other legal work including finance, IP and regulatory matters. Applicants should be able to provide expertise in analysing, drafting, and summarising critical documentation, offering advice on complex legal matters, negotiating contracts, and supporting various departments while ensuring risk management and financial success. Knowledge of project finance structures would be advantageous.
Our client is happy to consider Lawyers who are qualified from any jurisdiction, provided they have gained high-quality legal experience and have had direct exposure to the Middle Eastern market. Arabic language skills and knowledge of UAE laws are essential.
Remuneration range: 120K to 150K GBP + additional benefits & bonus.
