Senior Employment Contentious Lawyer with tribunal focus – 12-Month FTC

We have received direct instruction from our client, a highly regarded global law firm,  to find a Senior Employment Associate to join their London thriving practice team on a 12-month FTC.

The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, and possess a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in employment tribunal/contentious work.

The candidate will work alongside experienced Lawyers, handling and managing employment tribunal cases, including preparing legal arguments, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in hearings. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including issues related to disciplinary actions, dismissals, redundancy, discrimination, and other employment disputes.
