Senior Employment Associate – New York

Annual salary: $290,000 – $320,000

This is an excellent senior-level New York opportunity for an experienced NY-licensed litigation attorney to join a popular Employment Services practice group.

You will develop your practice helping employers of every size, in virtually every industry across the U.S., to create and implement employment-related practices that are legally compliant and that advance the client’s business objectives.

You will join a thriving team who represent employers in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts, at arbitration and before administrative agencies.

You will design and deliver workplace training programs on an array of topics, including anti-harassment training.

You will be a perfectionist in drafting and negotiating all manner of personnel-related agreements, including employment and consulting agreements, separation agreements, and settlement agreements, as well as conduct sensitive investigations into complaints of alleged wrongdoing by senior executives and others, often at the behest of the client’s board of directors and/or general counsel.
