Our client, a distinguished and diversified entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a proficient Senior Counsel to advise on downstream corporate commercial matters. The successful candidate will possess a substantial track record working within the oil and gas industry as a corporate commercial Lawyer, with experience handling fuel administration, chemical administration, power systems administration and pipeline administration.
Candidates will ideally have a minimum of five years of experience gained from multinational corporations, in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. Experience sitting as a corporate secretary on the board of a multinational company would be very appealing, but not essential.
