We are delighted to be instructed by a leading legal tech software provider to help them find a Senior Director of Sales for the EMEA region, to take over a team of highly successful sales professionals who have a track record of overachieving against their targets.
This is a very important hire for the business as high growth is forecast for this region and there is much to go after. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading successful teams to overachieve, understanding different characters and how to get the best from them, is able to roll their sleeves up and be involved in deals, help with the strategic elements of the role such as the GTM/playbook sales strategy for the region plan, develop the territory plan, setting the right culture for success, and hire/onboard new staff when required.
The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior position, have a legal software background, understand how other countries do business, and be prepared to be flexible due to time zones the team work across, as this is a US headquartered company.
