A leading international construction company is looking to hire a Senior Lawyer to focus on their expansion into the data-centre market.
Based from their offices in Dubai, the work is truly international and varied. The role involves working with commercial teams during land acquisitions, negotiating with power & utility companies and advising on the legal aspects of tech, Real Estate and commercial issues that come with this fascinating area of work.
Applicants must have at least ten years’ PQE in Real Estate Law with demonstrable experience in working with the establishment of data centres. Applicants must be qualified in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or one of the main jurisdictions in mainland Europe.
