A highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Kent are looking to grow their corporate team at the senior level. This opportunity will allow the successful individual to work on the most complex and exciting work in the region. The successful candidate will have experience in advising on a range of corporate matters, as well as company law issues. Experience in managing more junior members of the team would also be a bonus.
In order to be considered for this role, you should be comfortable in working as part of a team on matters from instruction through to completion. You should also have a keen interest in building a strong rapport with clients, as well as getting involved in business development activities. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Be a qualified senior solicitor;
