Our client, a global law firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is looking to hire a mid-senior level Associate (class of 2017 to 2014+) into its transport finance team in Washington.
The team is located across the US and works closely with the Asian and London offices. It is a world leader in aviation finance especially, and has Legal 500/Chambers ranked Partners in the space. The team advises on:
- New and used aircraft purchase/sales
- Compliance advice with FAA, SEC and IRS regulations
- Aircraft registration
- Aircraft use policies
- International transactions
- Aircraft operational issues
- Financing and leasing
- Government investigations and export control
The team has a range of clients including HNWs, charter operators, manufacturers, suppliers, airlines, defense contractors, corporate flight departments and airports.
