This is an awesome opportunity to work alongside leaders in the securities enforcement field and grow your practice in Washington, DC.
You will join an international team representing public companies, regulated entities, boards of directors, audit committees, auditors, and individuals in investigations and proceedings by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and various other federal and international law enforcement agencies, including matters initiated by purported whistleblower allegations.
If you have demonstrated experience representing clients in enforcement matters before the SEC, we would be interested to explore this opportunity with you.
Annual salary: $250,000 – $300,000.
