Sales Development Executive – London

An exciting Tech Investment platform  helping startups and scaleups to succeed investment and advisory experience, are now going on their next expansion journey, and need additional Sales Development Executives for this growing team.


As a fast-growing start-up, our client is now looking for ambitious, talented sales professionals, that are passionate about influencing and helping tech company grow and scale.

What is desirable?


1 – 4 years sales experience in outbound based role as an SDR, BDM or similar telesales based role.

Experience working with and closing sales to an executive level of talent is a big plus, either in a recruitment capacity or in another sales based capacity. Knowledge selling subscription based products or career led programmes is also of benefit.

What is involved?


Conscientious lead generation: nurture these through to close.

Effective closer: Take a thoughtful, diligent and direct approach to sales, optimising your own sales process to become a highly effective closer across different persona types.

Diligent listener: Highly effective listener and able to pivot deftly to position the range of the companies services to different client types.

Intellectually curious: Takes a studious approach to their specialism within the business, keeping abreast of developments within the executive space and speaking confidently around someone’s career and future ambitions.
