Lawyers advise on the largest and most complex restructurings and pride themselves on providing pioneering solutions, as well as delivering real commercial results. The team specialises in cross-border Restructurings and Insolvencies, utilising the full range of international options, including U.S. Chapter 11 reorganisations, UK schemes of arrangement, pre-packaged sales and debt for equity swaps.
Candidates will have a strong academic background, and will have trained/be working at a top tier firm.
