This role entails advising a variety of high-quality clients including financial institutions, bondholders, corporates, private equity sponsors, and insolvency practitioners.
The successful candidate will be handling a largely non-contentious workload, leading on transactional insolvency mandates and restructuring matters, often with a cross-border focus.
