A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency practice based in London. Our client has a strong reputation in the UK and internationally.
You will be an integral part of the firm’s leading Restructuring & Insolvency team, working on a wide range of advisory and transactional matters. This may include advising on restructuring options, general banking matters and a wide spectrum of formal insolvencies, the review and enforcement of security, workouts, standstills, court protocols and distressed lending solutions generally, in both a domestic and cross-border context.
This role offers excellent and clear career progression opportunities. The Senior Associates in the team are expected to actively support the Partners in business development initiatives, and play a key role in supervising and mentoring the junior Lawyers within the team.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of PQE in restructuring and insolvency, within a reputable law firm in the UK.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
