We have direct and unique instructions from a US Law Firm, to find a litigator with experience in cross-border insolvency and restructuring disputes to join its offices in São Paulo, Brazil.
The new hire will handle multinational bankruptcy and restructuring cases, representing debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in insolvency-related disputes and investigations. While the role will focus on creditor-debtor disputes and remedies, both within and outside insolvency proceedings, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on other cross border litigation matters.

Requirements:
- US or England & Wales qualified lawyer.
- Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency, complemented by strong litigation skills.
- 6-9 years of post-qualification experience gained at a rated restructuring and insolvency team.
- Fluency in Portuguese is beneficial but not required.
