This elite NY firm is looking to hire a mid-level associate for its busy restructuring and insolvency group based in London. The team advises creditors, sponsors, insolvent companies, and insolvency practitioners on all areas of international restructurings, insolvency, and corporate rescues.
The position covers all sorts of restructuring matters, including reviewing debt instruments and advising the relevant parties on their rights following default, pre-packaged administration sales of shares or businesses, company-voluntary arrangements, and cross-border restructurings or insolvencies.
