Based in London, this firm are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 years’ experience to join the busy and thriving Restructuring & Insolvency team.
You will play a key part in the team, which has a national and international presence. While working with the Banking & Finance and Restructuring Partners nationwide and in the international network, you will be a key member of this close-knit group, which advises various stakeholders on all types of insolvency, restructuring and turnaround, including contingency planning and security related issues.
The role will involve working with creditors, lenders, insolvency practitioners, boards, companies and private equity on the full range of insolvency, rescue and restructuring matters. In a growing team, which is building its presence in the market, you will be key to the business development and marketing initiatives.
This is a primarily non-contentious role.
