A top ranked transactional restructuring team in Asia is seeking an associate for their dynamic practice in Singapore.
You may be admitted in Singapore, US, UK, or Australia but must have experience of restructuring work from a highly rated firm in a major market, and a willingness to make this practice area your focus. Your workload will involve advising major international clients on restructuring processes including stakeholder negotiations, raising new debt and equity, distressed investment, and implementing approved court plans. Asia market experience would be advantageous, and, due to the importance of Indonesia for business in the region, Bahasa Indonesian language skills would be a bonus, but not a requirement.
